This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management.
The contract managers role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including Clinical operations, project management, account management, business operations and finance.
Due diligence in support of projects, Contract Risk Analysis, Contract task order proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contracts policy compliance, Project audits, Project property management and any other business related support required by the program/project management team.
Draft contractual Agreement, Delivery Orders, Modifications based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations. Draft other related documents & summaries to support contract negotiations, administration and close-out.
Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation in Law (i.e. LL. B, LL.M).
3 - 8 years contract administration experience in a Contract Management/tracking role.
Experience in Engineering and construction contracts.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
